Lanier High School has implemented a cashless ticket policy for all athletic events.
Fans may purchase tickets online through Lanier High’s GoFan page or by presenting a debit/credit card at the ticket gate.
This new ticketing policy allows us to operate a safer, more efficient ticket gate. Pre-purchasing tickets online, allows fans to easily access without standing in line.
The new ticket gate policy will help promote social distancing and limit person-to-person contact.
Fans are encouraged to purchase their tickets online prior to reaching the facility. Once we reach maximum capacity, we will not be permitted to sell additional tickets.
We are now using Rank One for the management of our student-athlete documentation. You will be able to sign all consent forms, complete medical history forms and upload a current physical once it is signed by a physician. Saadiq El-Amin, MD, PhD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine, shoulder and regenerative medicine. He is the CEO/Owner of the Dr. El-Amin Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Institute, currently on Fox 5 Play to Win as a medical expert, a Professor of Regenerative Medicine at Georgia Gwinnett College and Medical Director at the Concussion Institute at Gwinnett Medical Center.
Cassidy Lee PA-C, ATC is a board Certified Physician Assistant and Certified Athletic Trainer who works directly with Saadiq El-Amin III MD, PhD. She received a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training and Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Georgia and a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Mercer University. Cassidy is excited to begin her career as a PA working with Dr. El-Amin in the operating room, the clinic, and on the sidelines.
Cassidy is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the National Athletic Trainers’ Association. She grew up in Norcross and lives in Atlanta and enjoys watching UGA Football, the outdoors, and trying new restaurants.
Amber earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from Georgia Southern University in 2016. During her schooling, she worked with two local high schools as well as the Georgia Southern football, softball, baseball and men’s soccer programs.
After graduation, Amber attended Georgia State University where she received her Master’s in Art of Teaching degree in Health and Physical Education. While there, Amber worked as a graduate assistant athletic trainer at the Westminster Schools of Atlanta, where she covered middle school and high school athletics.
Amber joined the sports medicine program at Northside Hospital (formerly Gwinnett Medical Center) in 2018 and has served at several local high schools since then. She started at Lanier in July 2021 and is happy to be a Lanier Longhorn!
Peter earned his Bachelor of Education degree in Athletic Training and in Exercise and Sports Science at the University of Georgia. As a student, he worked for UGA football, men’s tennis, track and field, and Apalachee High School. He also gained experience working for the Atlanta Falcons and the NCAA Tennis Championships.
Peter is a member of the National Athletic Trainer’s Association. He joined the Gwinnett Medical Sports Medicine Team in 2019 and currently works as an athletic trainer at Meadowcreek and Shiloh High School
Cost of summer basketball is $110 and checks can be made out to LHS Basketball Booster Club. Every athlete must have a current physical and all required forms submitted to Dragonfly before they will be allowed to participate.
